Help on skill ponts stars and training

hello, I'm new to T11 and i'm searching for a good tutorial/guide that explains how the skill points, stars and abilility training works. Honestly i'dont even know when does a player upgrades to another star and from where should I know when a player turns from ez 3 stars to 4 stars.
