Training order - does it matter?

So i've been trying to get a hang of training and minimizing injuries. Has anyone come across any evidence if the order in which you do training affects the progress or probability of injury? are you meant to do stretching then cardio them practice match? or skip straight to match practice twice a day? or keep at stretching 5 times a day?

What i do, is practice match, then cardio, then stret, but when u upgrade your buildings, the change to get injurie is greatly decreased.

For example, on minor and major injuries, for me, thats reduced by more then 40 %. It's been a long while, since i had an injurie during training.
