Friendly Match Problem!!!

I think one of the weird problem in this game is a friendly matches. System should alert give permission to play friendly match for both teams.
Today i have an important match. But before this match a friend of mine arranged with me a friendly match. I didn't saw this match. So my first team squad is completely tired.
Also there are some players to disturb other players with arranging friendly matches constantly.
Team Nordeus should fix it first...

It's been suggested many times, and this thread is in the wrong forum. I just remove managers that do that, it's all we can do right now, unless you can contact them and get them to not arrange friendlies with your team.
