No it doesn't the more i paid them they started to lose and draw , so i dropped the money and started to win again .

I'm convinced that the win bonus helps, and my team's results seem to support that. Possibly you were overconfident with a big win bonus? I'm not saying you were, but is that a possibility?

i had them on the lowest amount to start with because them were winning all the time i increased the bonuses and soon as that happened the form went down so i decreased the bonuses they started to win .

Hmmm well win bonuses help for me. Why did you increase them if they were already winning all the time?

i thought they deserved the increase at the time as they kept winning , i've got them on the lowest bounes and only lost 2 games this season ,
