Yes, the team plays better when the winning bonus it's higher. You use the bonuses because they do provide more motivation to your players. The better team the more bonuses.

What exactly does it do? Improve finishing? More chances or possession?
No it doesn't the more i paid them they started to lose and draw , so i dropped the money and started to win again .

I'm convinced that the win bonus helps, and my team's results seem to support that. Possibly you were overconfident with a big win bonus? I'm not saying you were, but is that a possibility?Quote:

i had them on the lowest amount to start with because them were winning all the time i increased the bonuses and soon as that happened the form went down so i decreased the bonuses they started to win .Quote:

the stronger the opponent, you give higher bonus from usual. weaker opponent, standard bonus, dont give them more.

Agreed, as long as the match matters, put on a bonus. If the match doesn't matter, like my final two CL group games, then don't put a bonus.
In my league I faced the most strong manager at the 1st match while I'm stronger than him because my team have 4 players 7* and 8 players 6* ... but even though I'm stronger with 6 in rating in all my main squad but i put the most bonus money to motivate my team to win but at the end I lost :) .
after this match I decided to face the rest 6 strong team in my league with i faced them all after that guy without any bonus and only draw at the 2nd match and won the rest of my matches till now in all competitions in L and in CL and in CUP .
It's not logical right? but it's work like that with me how ? I don't know :)
