A very Strange formation

Hi guys, can anyone give a tip against below formation?
This guy is leading the league with a curious pretty low rating..

It's a 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond with the leftback pushed up slightly. How do your teams compare? If you are weaker, I'd go for 4-5-1V, play defensively and hit him on the counter attack. If you are stronger, I would go for 3-5-2V or pull an ST back to AMC to make a 3-6-1. Attack him down the flanks either way, his left side seems more exposed since he's playing with a DML.

Thanks for the suggestion Potemy, as I have a higher rating, I used 3-5-2V finally and beat him 2-0.
