Where to add skills?

I don't remember where, but read on this forum to add skills in my first season to main stat, MC > attack, DC> defense and so on.

My question is, where to add skills in 2nd season? distribute them equally to attack/defense/physical&mental ?

For me All players have higher physical/mental. DCs have better defense than attack.
DMC, MC have equal def and attack. ST have slightly better attack.
My GK is among my top attackers, but equal to def. he takes all deadball kicks, only because he is alway fresher than the other players.
