hi
what do you think of the tactic 4(DL,DC,DC,DR) - 2(MC,MC) - 3(AML,AMC,AMR) - 1(ST) ?
In your opinion what is the counterformation and against what is effective?

Hi guys,
For my cup game I'm up against a team which is 17% better than mine.
He plays 4(DL, DC, DC, DR) - 1(DMC) - 3(ML, MC, MR) - 2(ST)
4-1-3W-2
Is the classic 4-4-2 still the best option to have a chance?
Any tips on passing, aggression, mentality,..?
Thanks in advance!
This thread is very usefull, but still missing the tactics. (Arrows, mentality etcetc)
Maybe the first post needs an update?
Aren't there any tactics for countering a 3-1-2-3-1 formation? Basically a 3-4-3 with a narrow diamond in midfield.
may i know how look like ...? is 3n,1dmc,2mc,3w,1 or ..?
I don't know these codes, but hope this picture can help you illustrate it (how redundant):
Lukahlyo, this is a variation of aggressive V-style (3N-1-2-2W-2), so ND is probably not a good idea, you are losing midfield and flanks. I'd go for 3N-2W-something. 3N-2W-2-1-2 or 3N-2W-2-2W-1, for example. Normal of Defence mentality, counter-attacks.
Please, correct me if I'm wrong.
