As you can see from the attached picture where i have lost my home match 0:1

1. Basically i understand arrows assignation in this game BUT HOW TO IMPLEMENT THEM AGAINST UNUSUAL FORMATIONS I'M FACING DIFFICULTIES. and I DON'T KNOW how to settle my squad against weird formations.
