Table of Counter Formations v2.0 - Which formation to use?

Okay my Friend i change the Formation..playing that Game 4 about 1 1/2 Year..sometimes i good Ratet..but right now..on the Street that's loosing.
Whats my Biggest Problem...if i have some Talent Point's to forgive 2 the Players..why i have to give a MC Player Defend's Points in Goalie Position..i mean..let the Player say ...how to spend Talent Point..not a Point from the Game Operator..thanks 4 listening...Roger

Hiya peeps......sorry to be a complete noob on this but could i get a little info.........for example....where can i find the diagrams of the mentioned tactics e.g. Butterfly....Maple Leaf.....V-Style and finally what are the meanings to the lettering W and N which people refer to.......sorry but this game has changed far far to much for me to understand now....last time i played there was and Asymetrical formation that was pretty hot....something like...
