    Raising players.

Just wondering, i'm manager level 1. should i focus on training 5 young players (to make all of them scout) or just focus on 2-3 players and buy 2-3 more at level 2???the rest of my players are good enough when i bought them and i don't want to spend rest pack to boost their skill.

i saw level 4 managers have a player like 36-56-40 skills which i believe i wont get to that point on my 18 player age if not using heavily tokens. what do you guys think?whats the best strategy?thank you.

Sorry if confusing...thank you once again..

If you already have the young players, then they should get to scout level through playing games quite easy. If you train them more they will get to at least mid scout level and could get back to scout level next season. But at level 1, 5* players is enough.. I had 7* and 8* players at level 2 and ripped the league apart lol

i have 3 players with unbelievable growth rate when i trained them hard.
with 20% hard all those 3 will level up and at 30% they usually get something around +150. one of them really special that can get +200 in a game.

the problem is the other 2 are 4*, i bought them because they are age 18 and have a good value (faster in training).

so dv8r do u think its good if i focus on player A(will be world class in the next 3 days) and others stop at 5*?

If you intend on power training, I would focus on the 5* players, leave the 4* players for now.. You can make nice money from them next season.

i dont do power training , i use rest pack (6 times match a day + train every time available), cheaper than PT only take more time to get in there.so if like this :

    Player A = 6* (quality 26)
    Player B = 5* (quality 22)
    Player C = 4* (quality 19)

    Case A
Player A = 6* (quality 26) - Make it to superstar (probably takes 10 days or less)
    Player B = 5* (quality 22) - Stop
    Player C = 4* (quality 19) - Make it to 5*

    or
    Case B
Player A = 6* (quality 26) - Make it to superstar (probably takes 10 days or less)
    Player B = 5* (quality 22) - Stop
    Player C = 4* (quality 19) - Stop

    Which one better plan??

This is what I would do... Train player A to superstar. Train B to scout. Train C to within 1 skill point of 5* and sell next season (lots of level 1 players will buy him)

But if you want to choose out of those 2 options then I'd go B

Training them and then using rest packs to recover their fitness and training them some more is called power training. Isn't that what you're doing? The other PT, which automatically gives skill points for tokens, is the personal trainer.
