If you insist on this formation, take the blue arrows off your defenders and red arrow off your striker, leave only red on AMs and blue on the DMC. I would actually consider playing Tavenier as a DMC with blue arrows instead of Skanberg out of position. You should aim for a bigger squad to cover injuries, and also buy minimum 4* players.
You can really attack from any side with this formation, but if you want to attack through the middle, I believe you can move Peled and Benoit into the centre.
The formation might be too tilted to attack, though. I agree with 3-6-1, but I'd prefer maximum two AMs, either wide or central, and maybe you could have two Ms and two DMs. Maximum two players on each side, though. The WM or Christmas tree would be good.
God Bless!

Crap, too much arrows, one player out of position. Remove all arrows, switch Skanberg with Lester and the AMC to a second striker.

Cool, thankyou. the one person is out of position due to injuries. And I just sold a few ppl to get my first scouted player.
