How to beat 4-2-3-1

Hello there my friends. Any suggestions how to beat the following formation? My Power is 47.4 and his 43.6

I played against it formation in semi final cup twice 2-1 ..from my experience (I was more stronger from him) I played 4-5-1 V
red arrows to dl and dr to help and send passes to aml and amr in counter attack
man to man marking (that's will give ypu extra dc free which can start quick counter attack)...your dl and dr block his aml and amr...your dmc will block his amc...and one dc can stop his lonely striker so you have extra dc that if the striker pass the first dc the other can stop him
you 2 mc block his 2 mc..and in this way his attacking system will be total blocked
mentality: I was starting in defense but if you have better team you can start normal..
passing style: mixed
tackiling:normal or hard depends on your opponent
counter attack:yes
offside trap: no
focous passing:mixed
