This formation has a fatal flaw in the form of not having any wingers. To beat it, exploit this major weakness by focusing your attack on the flanks while defending your middle. Here's a few examples of formations that do exactly that...............and i prefer 4-1-4-1 mr and ml with red arrows

I like the 4-5-1V against the 4-3-3 formation, with red arrows on the AML/AMR's.

Play an attacking formation, attacking down both flanks with short passing.

If you find during the match that the opponent is getting through your defence, put some blue arrows on your DMC!
