first of all hello to everyone, nice to find this forum heard about it from a friend...

I could use some advice so i hope i can find here guys willing to share their secrets:P.....

I have a game today against a 5-3-2 team last game of my first season which proudly i can say i allready won as i have a 6 points advantage...i will use a 4-3-1-2 normal mentality through the middle default the rest. I do not care about the game and am using my substitutes...

would like to know an efficient way to improve my team as i think my team will be weak for second season have only a 14.0 quality and really really bad reserves players. This season i used mostly 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 won 20 games draw 1 and lose 4 till now.
