defend/ counter/ long ball/ hard/ focus in mid/ CB in both sides make them blue arrow to defend or only the CB in mid (as that will effect your attacking build up and thus domination)

if you are stronger .. just mirror it, if not i would had played

focus attach in mid and coutner and long balls
or

with counter will make ur wide players make, adding 4 in mid .. but still have 5 in back facing his 3 STs .. while when you attack you can have 3 vs 4 defenders
but am not fan of wingers as i feel you will suffer attacking wise ,
so i usually play

or the attacking

the trick is if you are losing possession , try to bring one back from LW to LM or CM
