Any thoughts on strategy/formation here... seems like this SHOULD be
an easy prelim for me... not so far... 2-1 win on the road... would have
preferred a comfortable win... LOL

Attacking mentality, down both flanks, pressing own half, mixed passing, normal tackling, zonal marking, counter attack, no offside trap

This tactic has never failed for me (only drew once with it) against 4-1-3-2 formation.

You can play your ML as an AML for one game, but you should probably invest in an AML

Looks like I may have to go OOP at AML.... I've been looking, trust me... I had the perfect one picked out earlier...
then got distracted and missed the 1st KO round....

Maybe the post-maintenance market will be kynd to me...
Mostly Europeans on my server it seems... they'll be in bed by and large!!

Picked up a few old guys.... filled them into the dv8r formation.... and voila.... 4-1 win....
late penalty screwed up the clean sheet.... downside is a bad injury to a key player
in the 7th minute.... I need to upgrade my home pitch next.... see if that helps.... medpacks
aren't easy to come by in those numbers!
