What to play against 4-3-3?

4 defender, 3 central midfield, 3 strikers.

some would advice with 4-5-1 V counter formation.
his side would be attacking as hell break lose.
you might want to attack him from the flank.
It would be helpful, if we know some of the team quality difference.

you count all first 11 how many start he has majority and you have.
if he has 2 star player in sub, it would bring down his average.
my advice is you play at normal mode would be grate

with the 4-5-1v counter, flank, & normal ?

His average on the ground is 27,45 mine is 25,54
