I saw last week that i should received today or yesterday 2 players from academy . Thinking to improve their quality i started un upgrade and now i see another 20days as waiting time and no youngers in my squad !

is this game so f# stupid or it's just a bug ?

No, that was your mistake. The timer is reset if you upgrade your youth academy, you were notified of that when you started the construction.

I did it on my iphone and i didn't see this notification .... anyway it's a stupid thing without any kind of logic !

Here's the logic, for improve the camp, all young player have to go to other academy which is available for them at their level and you have to upgrade all your camp so that can't cater the space for them, when it's is over, your scout team will gather much higher quality young talent of your area and start new training again. Happy with that logic ?
