normal mentality, down both flanks, pressing own half, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking, counter attack, no offside trap

Personally I go with red on DL, DR and DMC but this is up to you, I wouldn't put too many because it leaves your team vulnerable. Maybe start with red on DL, DR and see how you are doing, then put it on DMC if you're not scoring enough

1 ST is no problem, I played with just 1 ST all last season, usually 3-2-2-2-1, and finished top of my league with over 100 goals.

Regarding the arrows, I would put red on DL, DR, AML and AMR, and blue on DMC, but dv8r's style works too.

It depends, I usually play the WM or rocket ship. Sometimes I also play the butterfly, and a very lopsided formation to attack down the wings with wide AMs and wide mids.

Potemy What's the difference between your arrow positioning and dv8r's?
I mean what are the outcomes?

My DMC just sits in front of the defence. He can make some passes and be a deep-lying playmaker, but he is mostly there to drop back to help out the defence. I also have the two wingers attacking very hard, playing as wing forwards, I think they won't run back when defending. dv8r's DMC will roam forward to join the MCs when attacking, and provides less cover to the back four. His formation becomes more like a 4-3-2-1, with attacking fullbacks.
