How to beat a 3-1-3-1-2 formation (quality difference 3.0)?

i prefer you use 4-2-2-2
with aml amr, mentality attacking,flanks and the others normal
you will kick his ass with tat formation, since he lacks in the flanks

This game has been played on the 13. of February. I won 2:0 using 4-3W-1-2.
Yup, his formation was illegal because you must have at least one player on both flanks (1 DL or 1ML and 1 DR or 1MR), so that helped me a lot.
