How to beat a 3-1-3-1-2 formation (quality difference 3.0)?

Hey guys, I'm new here and I would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice about how to beat a guy that is Q27.3 and I'm Q24.3. He is using the displayed formation:

Any advice would be helpful, so I'm looking forward to hear your opinion.

try 4-4-2 with attack of flanks and on defence stance with counter-attack.

He's using an illegal formation so that should help you.. Anything attacking the flanks should do

i prefer you use 4-2-2-2
with aml amr, mentality attacking,flanks and the others normal
you will kick his ass with tat formation, since he lacks in the flanks

7 of my players have specials ability defensive wall(DR)...ariel defender(DL)...penalty stoper(GK)..playmaker(MC)..free kick specialist(MC)..corner kick specialist(MC)...one on one scorer(ST)..

average quality 14.2, enemy 14.8

All my players with 94% conditions 90% moral

This game has been played on the 13. of February. I won 2:0 using 4-3W-1-2.
Yup, his formation was illegal because you must have at least one player on both flanks (1 DL or 1ML and 1 DR or 1MR), so that helped me a lot.
