No idea how you set up but I'll never go into a Cup game (and most others) with Attacking mentality unless I'm pretty sure they're not counterattacking. Shots from nowhere, high %age of shots on target and high'ish corner count unsettle my spidey-senses.
You can recover 3 goals.Stay positive.
