How to predict your Cup level on next season

Well won the 1st leg Cup against more then likely a "Place holder" lvl 9 player. He wasn't there but usually once they see they lost to a team 3 levels down, they will watch and manager real time come the 2nd leg, must remember to BUMP HIM TWICE and make him wake up at 4:15 am his time zone! LOL.
I truly believe, real time managers win 30-40% more games the just plop and hope managers, come in once or twice a day and train. Couldn't help myself, went and looked at most of the 128 teams in my CUP, it looks like an even split 33% lvl 7, 33% lvl 8 and 33% lvl 9, as I the only lvl 6 the ONE PERCENT!

How can I tell for certain what level cup I am in?
