What happens when my training and game are at same time?

I have a game and training at the same time... maybe traning 30 secs before game. Will the effeck happen right away or after the game? I need to know if my team should be at 95% or 99% at game start

Training your players right b4 a game does NOT help, it actually drains down their condition and they got less power and sometimes can't perform at their best.
Note:it does not help but if you manage to get about 5723 SP in a stretching, that would help.. if you get less than 5723 just don't train them.

And yet if you train your players b4 a game they may also get ingured, this would make things even worse

Usually people train their players when they only got 1 game/day- if you've got two games you shouldnt train them as they got troublems recovering for the next game.

Afaik if the 5% rest is due withing minutes before a game or during it, it is not lost. Its added after game. I say this only because I have had a couple of occasions when players, en masse, have had more condition after a match than I expected.

Yep, I usually calculate the time they need to recover to 99% for next game, only train the ones that can recover in less time ;P

Maybe I'm stupid but what is "5723 SP"?
