[HELP] Please share some strategy for beating this weird 3-2-2-1-2 formation.

I have much better quality players and yet i lost 2-0 at his home ground
I was using 3-1-3-2-1 WIDE defensive, counter-attack, both flank, mix passes..

Help me solve this problem.. i wish to beat him the next time i meet him at CL
