The max value for level 4 is 7,5- 8 M' but a 4* player or a 19-20 y.o. with 6,5-7 M' is also a fast trainer.
The top fast trainers are rare specially the 18 y.o. , must search a lot.

Generally speaking, academy players are not fast trainers. Secondly, he's grey skills are too high for a mutant. You'll have to wait at least 5 seasons before he reaches 1% grey skills.Quote:

You must show his quality, his attributes and the drills you training him if you are high level.
