ok but why not to find a fast trainer 1st class for this (about 65 M' value) ?
A 1st class needs 250-300, a 2nd 350-400 for the same development.

At level 13 a first class FT of 4* and a half can't be that value, it would be a 5* and a half, that carries higher grey skills that influences in a negative way on the average level of the drills.
