Anyone knows good orders and arrows for 3-2-2-2-1 WM formation?

Attacking down the flanks, mixed passing if you are attacking, long passing with counter attacks if you are playing defensively. Red arrows on AMs, blue on DMCs. MCs can be red, blue or neither, depending on what you need. Fullbacks can have red arrows as well.
