How do you unmanaged your top 11 team so a friend can take over?

I don't think you can. The only way to release a Team is when Taking Over another. There is no guarantee your Team would then be in their Take Over list, even if they are on your server.

so my friend would have to take over another team and hope that his team would appear in the take over list?

Pretty much, and I can't say that it would. *Maybe* if you are on the same server - but it would no longer have the same name! It would have a generic name

So there is no way to do what you ask.

You can give it to your friend, what you must do give him youre FB account And he has youre team if you mean that but then you dont have a team anymore And must start over
