3CB-3W(DM)-1(MC)-2W (LW,RW)-ST .. attack in flanks , counter, def, Long passing
am not sure though , but that is what i would had gone with

4-1-4-1 with red arrow in DM, LM and RM (same previous order side from passing to mix) could be another solution
