    any yellow card or red will apply to any tournament. not only the 1 league

    Andres' picture clearly shows that player has a yellow for one Tourney and a red for another... it shows the card for the next match. When you hold the mouse over the card it gives details, or as Dippo says you can bring up the player details and see too:
