Buying player before the end of a season?

Few days left before season end there are some very good, young players on the market at good price. My question is, if I buy that player will his contract expire at the end of season (so does it mean that I buying that player for a few matches)?

His contract won't expire at the end of season.
Buying before end of season has few advantages and disadvantages:
+ plenty of playes of all positions and various skills
+ low number of managers who buy
+ useful if you won't get promotion
- players lose on value when season starts
- players get older 1 year and lose 1 star
- after new season starts you can buy stronger players (if you get promotion)

If you buy him now, you 'll have him the rest of the days, two more full seasons and the first 7 days of the season when you must decide if you 'll renew his contract or let him go.
I think there are some good 5* players (some of them with sa) that you can buy without (a strong ?) competition if you lack of T.
I don't recommend to buy a young fast trainer those days but some cases like this below, are very tempting (I was searching from the beginning of the season - I found him yesterday. If he was 18 y.o. maybe ...)
