Strange formation, how to beat it?

Anyone knows how to beat this strange formation?

Its a 3-1-4-2 formation, not that "strange".

personally I would opt to play with a 4-4-2 diamond form, or 4-5-1V style.

Play offense, and bully his "ML-less" side (which means attack through the right).
