with 4-2-3-1, likely i play offense and use short passing, no counter, no offside. tackling is up to you. whether to attack middle or flanks depends on opponents, so I cant comment with just this pic.

another form you can consider is the 4-5-1V formation (basically having DMC instead of AMC)
