How to beat 4-3W-1-2?

Tomorrow I have an important match against 4th placed team in the league, I'm second. He has 26 points and I have 32.
His average quality is 23.8 and mine is 26.6. He is using the displayed formation:

-------AMC------
ML-----MC-----MR
------------------
DL---DC---DC---DR

In our first league encounter, the game ended 1:1 at home. Back then I was using the same formation as he did.
Now, I'm playing an away game and I may not be able to watch the game so I need some advice about how to beat this guy in this very impotant game.
Note: He is an active player and he will watch this match for sure.

normal,flanks,own half,counter,no ot,normal tackle,mixed passing,zonal marking
no arrows on player
i won agaisnt 4-3W-1-2 with that formation last night
im sure you will win since your quality is better than him

I'm using: attacking mentality,down both flanks,pressing whole pitch,normal tackle,short passing,offside trap and zonal marking
red arrows on wingers and dmc...

You should avoid using offside trap when your opponent play with amc.

I won today my cl-final against this formation.
Starting team 272 (me) against 263 playerpoint average in total.
I also used 3n-1-4-2. Red arrows on bouth ST, ML + MR. Blue arrows on left and right DC.
Normal mentality,mixed,pressing whole pitch,normal tackle,mixed passing and zonal marking.
I won 1:0 with 53 to 47 ball possession.

Guys i need help to beat the same formation my team enables me to make 4-5-1 V & 4-3-2-1 & 4-2-2-2 hexagon & 4-3N-1-2 & 3-5-2 V & 3-3N-2( amr- aml ) 2 which formation should i use and the orders please ??!!

I would use 4-5-1V , def/counter/flanks, long pass, normal tackling, low marking, zonal
but better search in formations & tactics section
