I really liked your video about training. It was also funny (you know what I mean) when you got an injury, about 6' min.
Well, you know, I don't train my slow trainers or the old one. They get very few gaining and it's not worthy the risk.
My experience from injuries so far, is that one part has to do with the "right" things you must do - like morale/condition/resting periods/rotation/grass quality/medium-hard training
but there is another part that is random (or has a purpose to put obstacles to a manager or to make him spending some reds ).

So, if you set a big number of players, even if the covering the first part, even if you set the training in two bars, still you can have an injury by statistics. The awful about that is that the injury can hit not your slow or not well rested player but the young and good one like your video.
So, considering that you train a slow trainer, who is gaining a +10 in 2bars, 10 times, to get 1 sp. It's very possible to have an injury and it's not worthy for just 1 sp. If I have slow trainers or veterans, I prefer to play some friendly games with them, where the gaining is better and I can earn some packs/money and some conclusions about my team.
Yeah I talk about how important the pitch upgrade is in the stadium video with regards to injuries. I put that as top priority.

Thanks for watching!
