How to spot fast trainers?

I am level 27 and people say its the market value but all the players are from 109-111 million and i bought 4 18 year olds and none of them was a fast trainer.. So does anyone know how to find out at my level ??

And may I ask since the training are really fast now how do you train all 3 or just practice match ?

I usually do 3bars practice and waiting over +100 avg (for 4-5 tests).

I just hired a young player but he trains slowly.
If i train him longer can he raise his trainingsspeed?

No, only sometimes there is a big range in training.
When I said before avg (average) +100, in practice , 3 bars, maybe it is +85,+105,+91,+120,+107, so it needs sometimes to figure out.

Don't think that you could tell who is a fast trainer or not in this case of equal market values. You just have to pray I guess
