Buying player off a friend?

Is there a way to buy a player off 1 of my friends? He's got a few players he's going to let go and I want them

depends, if you are in the same server, and you competition level is close, like 1 and 2, and he puts on transferlist, you are able to see the player unless theplayer has more stars then 5. note that if he is 1 level higher, his 5 star player will be a 6 star player in your competition, so you dont see him. also if you both are level 4 managers, you can negotiate but also have to be in same server.

Yep. You need to be level 4 or above, on the same server, and the player has to between three to five star for your level.
