Hi all just wonder when is the best time to train your players is best when their condition is high, and should I increase the intensity of their training level, also should I train all three exercises??

Hi all just wonder when is the best time to train your players is best when their condition is high, and should I increase the intensity of their training level, also should I train all three exercises??
(stretching,cardio and practice match)
Train them when condition is high as in above 70%
Yeh train all the exercises and better to keep the conditions as their best to avoid injuries.
Now putting hard training will higher injuries risk but it's really faster.
Don't train now!
