I've just faced this formation in my cup final match. Very useful against 3-4-3 because of the aml/amr
If you can only play with 3 DCs (Just like me) just add a dmr and dml for their support.
Use 3 or 2 mc depending on your formation and 2 or 3 st too. Or you can just place a dmc instead of that third player.
Now the formation will look like this:
