What decides the team skill stars when looking at the VS screen, dont get my own numbers

Is it taken from the players in the starting eleven which will actually play?
Or is it taken from the squad total?


What are the percentages showing, the current skills of the total potential skill?
dont get it, i could have 6 star players as well, can it even go past 100%
