How to quit the game (and do something good)

i want to quit the game. (i do not pay for winnings and after a year it is more frustrating than fascinating).

Is it possible to do something good, like sell players for real less money?

What do i have to note when i leave - i want to real quit the game?

- sack some of your best player so someone can get them as free agents
- make a "take over new level 1 team", from managers profile, so not to bother/troll teams with your abandoned team
- send as gifts your jerseys and emblems
- buy a good one with the rest of your token and send it to me as gift , for my good advice
