Yeah, like I said, if I'm free and clear and out of the cup Ill let me bonuses lapse till next season and save all my packs. Then just use the few hundred packs, which should max out my bonus again anyway, probably without the activated bonus.

Yes, and it might help for the cup draw too, because with lesser training, your players will be less in quality at the end of the season. But, be careful though; any sign of insecurity should not be neglected. You must be sure you are going to win the league even if you get a few draws and loses in the last matches, then you can take this risk.

22 man roster with several duel/triple role players covering at least 3 of the bonuses and all 10's is doable w/o spending conditions.

For example, DML/ML/AML collects all 4.

EDIT: The later in the day that key matches occur, the easier it is to max the training bonuses w/o conditions.
