    Need advice

    Can anyone please explain what is the arrow pointed beside the player stand for? beside, when press a particular players. there is a large black arrow pointing outward or inward and what is it use for.thank you any expert care to advicea newbie.

    The arrow which looks like this ⬆ means that player will play attacking and ⬇ arrow means that player will play defensive.
    Bannedlike(forced)//for just posting guides and winning 1 league in 21 seasons without knowing reason..

    Arrows does not effect mentality of players they only ask player to play more attacking if you ask him to attack and defend more if you ask him to defend more.
    Rest nothing will change.
