Train players fast

Hi,

Do you know how to train/grow players quickly using training. One of person from my friend list bought player on 1st day and the player was 98% with DC and DMC. After just 6 days that player is not MC/DMC/DC and 102%. I am not sure how it has happened. I did tried the same for my player but it normally takes more than a season to add any position or special attribute.

Please can you help.

Secondly, I normally do quick training. Should I stop this and select training by myself?

He may have "power trained" that player. Take that player, train (usually with a mixture of hard, extra hard drills), recover with green packs, repeat.
