How to beat 4-1-3-2?

Well, if you are of equal or almost equal quality, I suggest you play

DMR-----------DML
----MC---MC----
AMR-----------AML
--ST---
I've just won a game against a team that used 4-1-3W-2.
I used normal mentality, down both flanks, short passing, no offside trap and no counter. I won 3:2, but make sure you put red arrows on your DMR and/or DML and a blue arrow on at least one of your MC, so that he can be able to contribute more as a DMC.
