    Very good question.

My recommendation is to take a look at the world top 100 associations, especially those with a 7*+ average AND are not manipulating the draw. What skills those managers are prioritizing for a specific position, is probably a good guide for determining what the most important white stats are.

Any ideas how he managed to get an 18yo player to have 1% in grey skills?

    Hello Guys,

looking at the development of be@ver's Philippe Deferm I have a question. We see that the qualities of the untrained skills like Tackling, Marking, etc. dropped from a fairly good level to 1. However the player's level raised from 5 to 10. So does it mean that 1% Tackling of a 10 level player equals 85% Tackling of a 5 level player?

I assume the player's Tackling level should not deteriorate, just because it is not training that skill. It should remain at the same level.

    Thank you,

    Soki

The manager has access to lower level accounts and is using those accounts to power-train the player and then sell them to a higher level account through negotiations.

I would think this is illegal, since technically it's illegal to use your alt to support your main, and they're using alt accounts to develop a player for their main account. But seems like nordeus is slow to do anything about it, or they don't do anything about it at all.
