Blue would be you, red how i understand they are set. The tactics are up to how you've trained your players. But using counterattack, especially through the middle will do you some justice

4 defenders is enough, no need for the 5th one. I agree with Nik, 4-5-1 V would be the best choice here.
Going through the middle and, therefore, DMC is not the best idea.
