In game tactics vs 4-2-3w-1?

Hi!

Against a slightly better team I start the game with a 3-3w-2-1-1 line up (see below). Settings on defensive, passes through the middle, mixed passes and counter attacks on. Defensive settings on low preassure, normal tackle, zonal and offside trap off.

So, how should I change tactics and/or line up if I:

1. Get a goal in the back, ie need to scoore?
2. Take the lead with a goal?
